Chef TJ
A chef who believes in experiencing everything and educating himself constantly. Chef TJ has traveled the globe, training and working in kitchens from San Diego, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Pittsburg, Tijuana, and Japan. Respectfully, and without question, his influences come from his many teachers throughout his life and career Mr. Fukushima, Mr. Ota, Mr. Nakamura, Mr. Sekikawa, Mr. Doi, and Mr. Igarashi.
